NXS Parties

NXS offers a party to remember!

We would love to help you celebrate your upcoming event!

All of our parties are granted exclusive access to the party location.

The kids will have a blast playing in the gym. Then the party will move to our large lobby area where you can eat your cake and ice cream and food if you wish. 

Party Pricing

1.5 Hour Party
$225 - up to 10 Athletes
$255 - up to 20 Athletes
$330 - up to 30 Athletes

Party Standards:

• Exclusive use of your party location for 1 hour
• 30 minutes of exclusive  use of the party area (lobby) to celebrate*
• Two coaches are included to serve you in the gym and the party area.
• Utensils, cups, and paper products are provided if you need them.
• Refrigerator and freezer available to store food items. 
• $75 deposit required to schedule

Available Add-ons:

• An additional 30 minutes can be added to your party time for $75.

*If you desire to provide more than cake and ice cream to eat, the party will move into party room 10 minutes earlier to allow enough time to enjoy the additional food.

Arrival Time & Release Form

• Our coaches will be available to assist you up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time in order to prepare/ decorate.
• All children must have a Release of Liability filled out by their parent or legal guardian. The form is available at the front desk and is also available online on our downloads page (Party Release of Liability). 
• Only the parents of the birthday child are allowed in the gym due  to liability reasons. Thank you for respecting this policy. ​
