Classes

NXS offers CHEERNASTICS, GYMNASTICS, and TUMBLING, classes. Our classes provide a safe, structured, and high-energy environment for each student athlete to learn and improve their skills. Class sizes are typically 6 student athletes or less per coach depending on the level, age, and type of class. We maintain these coach-to-student ratios for your child’s safety and overall participation.
Classes meet once per week for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour, and cost $65 to $85 / month depending on the type of class. We do offer multi-class discounts. Your family's second class will save you 15% off of your total tuition. Having three or more classes will save you 20% off of your total tuition.*Excludes Elite Cheer, Fitness Center, and Adult Fitness Classes. There is a registration cost of $45 that is assessed the day your child is signed up for their first class. An annual registration cost of $45 per year, per athlete will be assessed on the anniversary month of your athletes signup. There is no contract for our classes. We only require a 30 day written notice to drop your class. |
Gymnastics Class Descriptions:
2 yr old & 3 yr old gymnastics classes focus on enjoying the gym while learning coordination, obedience, and body awareness. They focus on, forward rolls, jumping techniques, stretching positions and many other skills helpful to development. Classes are taken in their own dedicated room full of equipment where they can be kept from distractions and best coached to learn. These two ages have their own separate classes. 2 year old classes are 30 minutes in length once a week and are $65/ month. 3 year old classes and older Lobby Classes are 45 minutes in length, once a week and are $72/ month.
4 and 5 yr old classes focus on the bars, beam, trampoline, floor(tumbling), and vault apparatuses. Our lesson plan is weighted toward floor skills to help ensure faster improvement in that area. These two ages are in class together. These classes are typically 1 hour in length and cost $85 a month with discounts for multiple classes. We encourage more than one class a week if you are expecting quicker results.

Cheernastics classes focus on tumbling, jumps, and cheer motions. These are typically 1 hour in length and cost $85 a month with discounts for multiple classes. We encourage more than one class a week if you are expecting quicker results. These classes are a great resource if you are looking to be in cheer leading but don't desire to make the commitment to the competitive cheer team. Ages 6 and up.
Tumbling classes which focus strictly on tumbling skills: cartwheels, round offs, back walk overs, front walk overs, back handsprings, back tucks, running and standing tumbling, etc. These classes are typically 1 hour in length and cost $85 a month with discounts for multiple classes. We encourage more than one class a week if you are expecting quicker results. Ages 6 and up.

All Star Cheer:
NXS All Star Cheer is a competitive cheerleading program designed for athletes of all skill levels to come into the sport of cheerleading from ages 5 and up. Your student athlete will learn cheer motions, cheer jumps, tumbling, stunt, & dance. All of this is combined into an outstanding routine. If you are looking for a high energy, fast paced, and competitive sport, NXS All Star Cheer is for you!

Elite Cheer:
Local performances throughout the year will give your athlete the chance and freedom to show off the skills they desire not just the ones their level dictates. No Contract!
Birthday Parties / Team Parties:
Birthday / Team parties are typically one hour and a half for $225. More details available on our Parties page, via email ([email protected]), or at the front desk.
