Frequently Asked Questions
What are NXS's Covid related policies?
NXS's Covid-19 (Corona) Virus Temporary Policies:
Can I schedule a make-up class for a missed class?
NXS strives hard to maintain class ratios and keep as consistent a class environment as possible. We feel that allowing students to "make-up" a class by dropping into an open spot in a class would detract from the experience of that class. Your spot is reserved for you. Your class is reserved for those who are enrolled. Though you may miss a class occasionally, this policy ensures you have the greatest experience possible while enrolled.
What payment methods do you accept?
Due to cost prohibitive software limitations, we do not have the ability to process credit/debit cards. Your first payment is made by cash or check. Every subsequent payment thereafter is set up to be drafted electronically from the checking or savings account of your choice.
How can I view my account history?
You can view your account history by going to our home page, clicking "Register for Classes" and clicking "Login", then entering your username & password, or you can also go directly to the Login page. Also, for your convenience, your account statement will be sent to you via e-mail at the beginning of every month.
What are the dates of my billing cycle?
Your account will be drafted of all monthly charges and house balances between the 5th & 10th of every month.
How do I drop a class? In order to drop a class, we require a 30 day drop notice to be filled out with the front desk.
Is NXS closed for any vacation days?
Your tuition pays for approximately 4 weeks per month of service. The gym is closed the other 4 weeks out of the year. Typically it is closed for the weeks of spring break, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. The remaining week consist of “single” holidays (i.e. July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.). Gym vacation days will be posted 2 weeks in advance and an e-mail will be sent out as well. ***All vacation weeks & days are subject to change.
Can I meet with my child’s coach about their progress?
Absolutely! Please do! Coaches are available immediately following each class for conversation. They are available to discuss your child’s progression and help with suggestions for other things they can do outside of the gym to improve. Please utilize this time to discuss your athletes goals with your coach. A coach who knows your goals is free to serve your needs well.
If at any time you have any questions that your coach has not been able to answer, please feel free to touch base with us through the front desk or any of our other means of communication. We are here to serve you!
How can I get to know my child’s coach?
When your child’s class is over, NXS allots 10 minutes between classes for the purpose of allowing you to ask your coach any questions that you may have. We also see this as a time to for you to be able to develop a relationship with your child’s coach from week to week.
